All guns must be picked up at R&M Firearms, 28348 US-59, El Campo, TX 77437 within 90 days of drawing or item will be donated back to Rescue Church. Firearms must be picked up by winning name on ticket. Guns may be traded for value paid. Winner of firearm must complete an ATF Form 4473 and pass the NICS background check. If the winner fails the NICS background check, they will forfeit the prize awarded. Winner assumes all responsibility of the firearm once they pass the NICS background check and is responsible for any and all sales tax if charged.
